1 c flour
1 stick butter
3/4 c chopped walnuts
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 c confectioner's sugar
1 8oz tub Cool Whip
2 pkgs instant lemon (or chocolate) pudding
2 c milk

This recipe is done in three layers.

1st layer: Mix together flour, butter & walnuts. Pat onto bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Let cool.

2nd layer: Mix cream cheese and confectioner's sugar. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled first layer.

3rd layer: Beat instant pudding and milk. Spread over cheese layer.

Top with remaining cool whip and additional chopped nuts.
