1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp lemmon juice
1 tsp minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp corriander

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together oil and lemmon juice. Add minced onion, garlic and corriander. Continue whisking until cloudy.

this is really good for butterfly pork chops, pork loin, and vegetables for kabobs.(grilling)
