1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 + 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350, grease and four a 9"x13" cake pan. Cream butter, oil and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat until smooth. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and cinnamon together, and add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in diced zucchini, and 1/2 c. chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with remaining chocolate chips, and nuts. Bake at 350 fro 40 - 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
