2 lb. red potatoes, unpeeled
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 c. fresh grated parmesan
1 tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º F. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 wedges, about 1" wide. Place wedges in 10x15" stoneware pan. Press garlic over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese, rosemary, and salt. Drizzle with oil, tossing to coat evenly. Spread potoates in single layer over bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes, turn potatoes; continue baking 10-15 minutes, or until light golden brown and tender.
