3 lbs. boneless chuck roast
1 1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Place the chuck roast in a crock-pot. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir well. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over chuck roast. Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours or 4-5 hours on High. Remove roast from crock-pot and shred meat with a fork. Place shredded meat back in crock-pot. Stir. Serve with buns.
