1 large onion, sliced
2 1/2 lb. boneless pork-loin roast
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange onions evenly over the bottom of slow cooker, and then place the roast on top. In a bowl, mix together water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and hot sauce; stir well. Pour mixture over roast. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
