1 pkg. chicken or Herb stuffing mix
1 2/3 cups water
¼ cup margarine or butter
6 thinly pounded chicken breasts
1 – 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, using 1 2/3 cups water and ¼ cup margarine.
Place ½ cup stuffing mixture on each chicken breast and roll up like a cinnamon roll. Place chicken rolls, seam side down, into ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
Pour cream of chicken soup evenly over chicken rolls. Cover with foil or baking lid and bake in 350°F oven for 20-30 mins or until juices are clear and gravy has formed in bottom of pan.
