6 English muffins, split and toasted
12 strips of cooked bacon or 12 pre-cooked sausage links
6 slices cheese
2-3 eggs, scrambled with a little milk added, salt and pepper to taste

If you don’t buy the pre-cooked bacon or sausage, bake them in a 350° for about 10 minutes to avoid getting grease splattered all over your kitchen.

Toast English muffins and butter them.
Put the bottoms of your English muffins in a line, like an assembly line. Lay the meat down, two bacons or sausages per sandwich.
Heat skillet with 1 plop of margarine in order to cook your egg mixture. Poor just enough egg mixture to cover bottom of skillet. Then when egg looks cooked on the edges (about 2 minutes), cut into about 4 pieces in order to be able to turn them over. Then, turn them over and cook for another minute or so. Take them out of pan and place them on top of the meat, and immediately top with cheese.

*If eating them right away, zap in microwave for about 15 seconds in order to make sure the cheese is all melted and creamy.

*If not eating until later, let them cool completely and place in individual sandwich bags and store in either frig or freezer. They will keep about a week in the frig or about a month in the freezer.
