6-8 BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES (pounded thin)

2 CUPS ITALIAN SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS

1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE

1 TABLESPOON GARLIC POWDER

2 TABLESPOONS POULTRY SEASONING

EGG, BEATEN (for dipping)

Directions:
Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and poultry seasoning in a shallow bowl big enough to dredge chicken breast in. Dip chicken in beaten egg and then dip in breadcrumb mixture covering both sides generously with crumbs.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in large fry pan and brown chicken on both sides until chicken is done
(about 4-5 minutes on each side.) Keep in warm oven until all fillets are done and you are ready to serve.
