1 lb. ground venison breakfast sausage
6 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 dash hot pepper sauce
8 oz. salsa
3 oz. Velveeta, divided into 1 and 2 ounces
4 (10") flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown vension. Once cooked, add salsa and 2 ounces of the cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly. At the same time, scramble the eggs with the milk and hot pepper sauce. Add remaining 1 ounce of cheese. Mix and cook until cheese is melted. Add egg mixture to venison mixture. Stir. Fill tortillas and top each tortilla with a little bit of the remaining mixture.

I made this recipe up to get rid of some venison breakfast sausage that we weren't too fond of.
