1 c. chocolate chips
8 squares almond bark

4 squares almond bark
1/4 c. cream
1 t. mint or peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and 8 squares of almond bark together. Spread half on waxpaper lined 9 x 13 pan. Cool until hardened. keep the other half at room temperature.

Melt the other 4 squares of almond bark. Mix in mint, cream, and food coloring. Spread over hardened chocolate mixture. Cool until hardened. Spread remaining chocolate on top. Chill. Cut.
