1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, shortening, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining dry ingredients together. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Refregerate at least 1 hour then drop or on a floured surface, roll and cut the dough. Bake in a 350º F oven for 8-10 minutes.
