1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 cup whipping cream
2 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine cocoa, sugar and salt; stir until cocoa is no longer lumpy. Gradually stir in cream. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low. Cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add butter; whisk until melted. Serve warm or at room temperature. Sauce will thicken as it cools. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 month. To reheat, warm on top of double boiler over simmering water. Makes 1-1/3 cups.
