1 1/2 c whole-wheat flour
1c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp.paprika
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped almonds

Filling:

1 can (16 oz.) salmon
3 eggs
1c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. dried dillweed
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
To make crust: Mix, flour, cheese, salt and paprika. Cut in butter until mixture forms crumbs.
Add almonds. Reserve 3/4 c. of crumbs for topping. Press remaining crumbs into 9-inch pie pan.

To make filling: Preheat oven to 400 º.
Drain salmon, reserving liquid. Flake fish into bowl. Add reserved liquid to eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings, Stir in salmon cheese and onion. Spoon into prepared crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 45 minutes
