1 box large shells pasta
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 C shredded mozzarella
3/4 C grated parmasan cheese
salt to taste
your favorite marinara

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta until almost done but still firm- al dente. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, 1 C mozzarella, 1/4 C parmasan and salt. Put a scoop of mixture into each shell- fill them up! Put some of marinara in the bottom of 9"x13" baking dish. Arrange shells on top. Pour the rest of marinara on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 350ºF oven for about 45 min.
