2 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 C buttermilk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 C Wesson oil
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

ICING:

1 stick margarine
1 oz cream cheese
1 pkg. confectioer;s sugar
1 tsp banilla
1 C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil, add eggs. Sift together dry ingredients (flour, salt, soda), add alternately with buttemilk. Mix together cocoa, food coloring and vinegar; add to batter.

Makes 3 layers, Bake 350 º about 20-25 minutes Let cool

ICING:

Mix with electric beater until creamy.
