1 pkg. Lo Mein noodles, cook as pkg. directs
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 medium cabbage, finely chopped
4 oz. cooked chicken or pork, cut in strips
Soy or teriyaki sauce to sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and set aside. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan and cook garlic and onion until brown. Add cabbage and stir-fry until kind of soft. Add cooked meat and noodles to pan. Sprinkle with soy or teriyaki sauce and toss. Heat until hot.
Many things can be added such as water chestnuts, carrots, peas, etc.
