3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
Dash salt
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8 or 9-inch square pan. Set aside. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread in prepared pan.
Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.

Variations:
May add 3/4 cups of peanut butter when adding vanilla. Omit nuts.
For Marshmallow Fudge omit nuts. Stir in 2 Tbsp. butter when adding vanilla. Fold in 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Makes 2 lbs.
