2 cups shredded swiss cheese
2 cups Vidalia onions (1015 or other sweet)
2 cups mayonaise
2 tbsps. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine swiss cheese, onion and mayonaise. Stir well. Spoon into greased 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 325º for 40 - 45 minutes until onion tender. Serve with French bread cubes, crackers or sour dough bread thinly sliced.
