Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 med green pepper, chopped
1 med onion, chopped
a few garlic cloves, minced
1 can pinto beans, rinsed
1 can black beans, rinsed
2 cans kidney beans, rinsed
2 cans chili beans, with sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes (chili style), undrained
chili powder
cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat well with salt, pepper, and chili powder and brown. Cook veggies, seasoned with salt, in oil until tender. Start with first and add each after a couple min as they have different cooking times. In large pot, mix meat, veggies, beans and tomatoes. Season to your taste with chili powder and cumin. To make hotter, use hot sausage and add a chopped jalapeņo or serrano chili (or two) when cooking the veggies.
If the chili is too thick for you, add beef stock or water. We like to serve it with shredded cheese and sour cream.
