1 can (20 ounces) sliced pineapple
3 c. ground ham (about 1 pound)
1/2 ground pork (not sausage)
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Drain pine apple, reserving juices. Arrange pineapple slices in 13" x 9" pan.
Combine ham, pork, bread crumbs and eggs. Form into 8 balls for meal size or smaller for appetizer size. Arrange over pineapple.
Combine reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard, in a heavy small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over ham balls.
Bake 1 hour
