1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 8oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
1 c. conf. sugar
1 tub cool whip
2 c.milk
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. pkg. instant choc. pudding
opt. nuts, cherries, jimmies or shaved chocolate

Directions:
Bottom layer: mix flour, butter, nuts till crumbly. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20 mins or until golden brown. Let cool.

Middle layer: Mix cream cheese, conf. sugar & cool whip ( leave enough cool whip for top layer). Spread this on bottom layer.

Top layer: Mix milk and puddings. Spread this on cream cheese layer. Spread more coolwhip on this and decorate with nuts, cherries or shaved choc.
Chill.
