2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
3 Tbsp baking cocoa
1 c cola
1/2 c veg oil
1/12 c butter, cubed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt. Stir in the marshmallows; set aside. In a small saucepan, bring the cocoa, cola, oil and butter to a boil. Pour over flour mixture; mix well. Stir in the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack. Frosting: 3 Tbsp baking cocoa, 6 Tbsp cola, 1/2 c butter, cubed, 3 3/4 c powdered sugar, 1 c chopped pecans, (divided). In large saucepan, bring the cocoa, cola and butter to a boil. Remove from the heat. Stir in powdered and 3/4 c pecans until blended. Spread over cake; sprinkle with remaining pecans. Cool until frosting is set before cutting.
