1 chocolate crunch pie crust*
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed or 1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped
Chocolate fudge ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in Eagle Brand Milk then peanut butter until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream. Put in prepared pie crust.
Drizzle ice cream topping over pie. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
Serves 8.
