For crust:
1 c. butter
2-1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
1 c. brown sugar
For filling:
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Separate in two parts (about 3 c. each). Pat half of mixture firmly into bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Combine all filling ingredients EXCEPT rhubarb into softened cream cheese. Beat until sooth. Add rhubarb and pour over crust. Top with remaining crust mixture. Bake at 350º for 40 min. Cool. Cut into squares. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate.
