1 cup picante sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 pds skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Directions:

Mix the picante sauce, honey, & ginger together.
Toss the chicken strips in. Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until glazed and done, turning & brushing often.

My family loves this dish. To give it a little kick I add marinated jalapenos to the mixture. This goes great with rice. A plus this is also a low-fat dish.
