Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This fancy dessert was served for many years in the Spencer family for special guests and special times. Suzanne served this dessert to her Home Ec teacher in 8th grade at the 2-story Fairlawn Manor house. Please note...She did not set the house on fire with the flaming brandy and got an "A" for her semester cooking project!
