2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 cu. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bow, combine eggs,milk, flour, backing powder and salt. Beat till smooth. (Test the mixture to see if it flows easily through funnel. If too thick, add milk; if too thin, add flour.) In 8" skillet, heat cooking oil. Cover the bottom opening of the funnel with finger. Release finger and let batter flow into hot oil in a spiral shape. Fray till golden, about 3 minutes. Using wide spatula and tongs, turn cake carefully. Cook 1 min. longer. Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with confectioners" sugar. Serve hot.
