Ingredients:	Ingredients: Cake: 2 cups flour 2/3 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg, optional 1-1/2 cup blueberries 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled 2 Tbsp. sugar for top of cake Streusel: 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 cup cold butter 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:	Directions: Sift and combine the dry cake ingredients in mixing bowl. Add blueberries. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk and melted butter. Combine milk mixture to dry ingredients. Stir until blended. Put half batter in a greased and floured 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle streusel over batter. Spread remaining batter over streusel and top with 2 Tbsp. reserved sugar. Bake at 400-degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Test by inserting a toothpick in center. Cool before cutting. To make streusel cut the cold butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly and add nuts.
