4 cups rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
1 cup sugar
1 pkg strawberry jello
2 cups cake mix or slightly sweetened bisquick mix
1 cup cold water
1/4 cup margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x12 pan with Pam. Put in rhubarb and sprinkle with sugar , then jello ,then dry mix .
Gently pour the water over all .Drizzle with melted butter . Bake 1 hour at 350 *

Years ago ,Grammie Andrews had a patch of rhubarb fenced in out back of the shed. When a cow decided to lean on it -goodbye rhubarb patch.
These days Hope and Jeff are our source.Yummy stuff. Don't know where the recipe originated , but it's always sold well in our house.
