Ingredients:  
1 bunch fresh spinach, about 1 pound
1 package mushrooms, sliced
3 - 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
5 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 can mandarin oranges
croutons

Dressing:
1 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sugar
1 small onion, chopped
2 T. soy sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together and chill. Toss salad ingredients together and top with dressing just before serving.
