8 or 9" 10"
1 c. flour 1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. plus 1 T. crisco 1/2 c. crisco
2-3 T. cold water 3-4 T. cold water


Two Crust Pies

8-9" 10"
2 c. flour 2 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. plus 2 T. crisco 1 c. crisco
4-5 T. cold water 7-8 T. cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in bowl. Cut in crisco until it forms pea size pieces. Sprinkle with water and mix until dough forms a ball.
