Ingredients:
8 c grated russet potatoes (about 4-5 lbs)
1 c oatmeal
7 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp salt

Directions:
Mix (by hand works better than with a spoon for us). Form into balls the size of a peach or smaller. Dip your hands in water frequently. Have a large pot of water boiling. Some people use half chicken broth. Add extra salt to water. Keep water boiling while adding balls. Ease first balls off bottom so they won't stick. Partially cover pot. Boil about 50 minutes. W make 2 batches for the reunion. (Serves at least 30-40 people). I'd recommend making 1/2 batch the first time.
