2 T. honey
1 T. butter
3/4 t. salt
1/8 t. cinnamon
1 pkg. baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Combine honey, butter, salt, and cinnamon in small sauce pan and bring to boil. Remove immediately.

Steam baby carrots until soft and pour sauce over gently tossing them until completely covered.

This is quick & simple but very different and delicious. Great for a small side dish with anything. I would recommend doubling this as you will find yourself wanting more and 3 servings just isn't enough. Heck....I 'll eat that by myself..
