2 tbs. - Butter
2 tbs. - Flour
1/2 tsp. - Salt
1/8 tsp. - Pepper
1 cup milk
1 small bag - Peas (frozen)

Directions:
Heat butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt & pepper. Heat and stir until bubbly. Gradually add the milk stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min. longer. It should start to get thicker at this point.

I use this sauce for my Salmon Patty recipe. I just add the bag of Peas to my sauce and pour over the patties. It's absolutely DELICIOUS!!! You can use this recipe for anything that requires a white sauce (just don't add the peas).
