½ taza de mayonesa
½ taza de crema de leche batida
1 bolsa de colapez o 4 hojas
1 cucharadita de jugo de limón
2 onzas de caviar
4 paltas picadas en cubitos de 1 cm. (no chancadas)
4 cucharadas de cebolla encurtida (cebolla blanca hervida con vinagre blanco y azúcar y escurrida)
2 cucharadas de alcaparras
chorrito de Tabasco
pimienta cayena

Directions:
Mezclar la mayonesa con la colapez diluida, agregar la crema de leche batida y el jugo de limón, la cebolla, las alcaparras, el Tabasco, pizca de pimienta cayena y los cubitos de palta. Mezclar todo suavemente.

Vaciar parte en el molde ligeramente aceitado, luego distribuir el caviar encima y terminar con el resto de la mezcla. Refrigerar.

Servir frío y decorar con huevo duro y rodajas de limón.
