3 tbsp. softened mararine
1 c. sugar
1 egg (1/2 sm egg beater)
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup mashed banana
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine butter and sugar, cream until light and fluffy. Add egg and sour cream; mix well. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients; alternately add creamed mixture with banana, mixing well after each addition. Add lemon juice, stir well. Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 50 mins.
