1 tsp olive oil
1 package (10 oz) sliced mushrooms
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp ground black papper
1 jar (16 oz) light parmesan alfredo sauce
8 oz bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
1 T grated parmesan cheese
1 T dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 400 degrees. Heat oil in skillet. Cook mushrooms, onions and pepper-- stirring frequently or until veggies are golden. Stir in parmesan alfredo sauce. In 2 qt baking dish, combine sauce mixture and pasta. Sprinkle with cheese combined with bread crumbs. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 min.
