1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes (undrained), 1 32-ounce container vegetable or low-sodium chicken broth, 1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, 1 15-ounce can kidney beans, 1 16-ounce package frozen green beans, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 5-ounce bag fresh spinach, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 box of "fancy" spiral shaped pasta, 1 baguette of crusty bread.

1. Cook pasta of choice in boiling salted water (according to box directions) until Al Dente. Drain and keep in a strainer.
2. In a separate large pot, over medium heat, bring the tomatoes and their liquid to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the broth, white beans, and kidney beans and bring to a simmer. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the salt, pepper, and spinach and stir until wilted.
5. Toss in pasta.
6. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
7. Serve with crusty bread.

I double this recipe when I am cooking this for a medium-sized crowd. My favorite pasta to use is "dai Marella Spugnole," which is sold @ Williams & Sonoma. You can use any type of pasta you like though. For the crusty bread, I prefer the "3 cheese" baguette from Panera.
