1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet, softened
2 10 oz. packages frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed and undrained
3 ripe bananas, cut into very small cubes
Garnishes: maraschino cherries, rolled cookies, toasted coconut

In large bowl mix all ingredients together until blended. Spoon mixture back into ice cream containers and freeze until firm. Serve slightly softened scoops of ice cream in clear glass dishes or plastic cups. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top and add a cherry and rolled cookie to each glass.
