1 loaf thin sliced bread
1 1/8 c. butter, softened
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crusts from bread. Combine butter and mustard. Spread this mixture evenly on bread slices. Mix cheese with cornflakes and sprinkle on bread slices. Pat down. Cut each slice into 4 or 5 strips. Place on cookie sheet and bake a 350º for 7-8 minutes. Make sure they are crisp. You can turn the oven off and let them remain in the oven for a few minutes. They freeze well. Makes 96 to 120 pieces. Use on appitizer table as you would a cracker or breadstick. If you have any leftover cheese mixture you can freeze and save it for a casserole topping.
