1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
1/4 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/8 c. chickpea liquid (reserved)
1/4 c. French lemon juice (or more if desired)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 roasted red bell pepper
1/2 T. salt
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Warm chickpeas and liquid to a boil. Reserve 1/8 cup of chickpea liquid. Add all ingredients in a food processor and puree until consistent. Add olive oil while blending until desired consistency.

Refrigerate a few hours before serving with pita bread.
