1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
MERINGUE:
3 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tarter
5 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, flour and cocoa. In a saucepan, add milk. Add the sugar mix to the milk. Slowly add the other ingredient. Cook and stir constantly until thick. Put into a baked pie shell. For meringue, beat the egg whites, cream of tarter and sugar until stiff. Put on top of filled pie shell and bake at 400º just until peaks are slightly brown.
