SWEET POTATO MIXTURE:
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed (canned works well too)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

TOPPING:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter or "pam" a baking dish.

Mix sweet potato mixture ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish.

Prepare topping: Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, add flour, then nuts. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over potatoes.

Bake for 30 minutes.
