1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
2 Granny Smith apples
4 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cut butter into 2 equal pieces and place each in a pie pan. Place pie pans with butter in oven, just until butter melts. Remove pie pans from oven.

Peel and thinly slice applies. Mix cinnamon with 1/4 cup of the sugar. Place sliced apples over melted butter in pie pans. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix for about 1 minute. Pour mixture on top of apples in pie pans, dividing mixture evenly between pans. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with syrup.
