1 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 Sticks of Butter
1 1/2 C chopped nuts
Bake 325 30 min Cool

1st layer-
8 oz Cream cheese
1 C cool whip
1 C powder sugar

2nd Layer-
1 large Vanilla Instant Pudding (may be bannana)
1 small Chocolate Instant Pudding
3 C milk

3rd Layer-
Cool Whip
Sprinkle shaved Chocolate

Add one at a time and then cool in fridge for one hour before serving
