Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves (about 1 1/2 lbs)

3-6 slices ham lunchmeat

10-12 oz. Swiss cheese in a block

1 bottle Caesar salad dressing

Caesar salad croutons, crushed to make crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º degrees.

Pound chicken breasts with a meat hammer and place in a large heavy-duty plastic bag. Pound each chicken breast until about ½ inch thick and almost double in size.

Line up chicken breasts on counter, assembly style, and lay one piece of ham lunchmeat on top of breast. Cut ham so it only covers the top half of the chicken and it won’t hang over sides.

Cut cheese in strips long enough so it won’t hang over sides of ham and chicken. Lay in the middle of the ham slice.

Roll chicken breast over the cheese and ham, cinnamon roll style.

Roll in salad dressing, completely coating the outside of the chicken. Then roll in crushed crouton crumbs.

Lay on baking sheet and drizzle the tops of the rolled chicken with salad dressing.

Bake in a 350° oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the salad dressing is bubbly and the crumbs are lightly browned on top. If the chicken breasts are super large, you may need to bake them for about 30- 40 minutes.

I have been told that this is the best chicken cordon bleu they have ever eaten. Super moist and packed full of flavor.
