1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and place in greased casserole. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes
