1 10 oz package chopped spinach, thawed
1 6 oz jar of artichoke hearts
3 garlic cloves, chopped
½ cup light mayonnaise
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup fine dry bread crumbs

Directions:

Drain spinach and press dry. Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces. Combine remaining ingredients, with the exception of the bread crumbs. Spoon into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread sticks.
