1 (1 ½ lbs.) flank steak
¾ cup red wine
1 large clove garlic, crushed
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon pepper, coarse ground
½ - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in medium-size bowl. Combine other ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours; turn meat several times. Drain, saving marinade. Brush meat with oil; broil or barbecue quickly until rare to medium-rare. Cut diagonally across grain of meat into thin slices. (Remaining marinade may be used to make a sauce for the steak. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons butter, bring to boil, and spoon over meat.)
